About the co-Founder :
Dr. Ajay Kumar Yadav
Dr. Ajay Kumar Yadav is the co-Founder and Director of Aarambh Institute, and serves as the Managing Director of Elisha Education Private Limited, the parent organization. He is an accomplished academician, researcher, and education reformer dedicated to building an inclusive and innovative learning ecosystem for aspirants and scholars across India.
Dr. Yadav earned his Doctorate (Ph.D.) in 2023 from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, where his research focused on the themes of “Climate Change Vulnerability and Its Impact on Rural Livelihood in Bundelkhand Agro-Climatic Region” . He qualified for the UGC NET and JRF in 2016, marking the beginning of a distinguished academic career.
With over seven years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Yadav has guided numerous students preparing for UPSC, State PSCs, UGC NET, and academic research. His dedication to quality education and commitment to holistic learning led to the establishment of Aarambh Institute, a leading online platform for competitive exam preparation, and Aarambh Publication, a hub for academic and competitive publishing.
Dr. Yadav is also an active member of NAGI (National Association of Geographers, India) and contributes to national-level academic discussions and research in the field of geography and social development.

Dheeraj sir
Dheeraj Sir is the co-Founder of Aarambh Institute and a highly accomplished academician dedicated to quality education and student success. He qualified the UGC NET and JRF in 2017, demonstrating his strong academic foundation and deep subject expertise.
With over seven years of teaching and research experience, he has earned a reputation as a dynamic and inspiring teaching personality among students preparing for UGC NET, Assistant Professor, and State PSC examinations. His teaching methodology emphasizes conceptual clarity, logical understanding, and exam-oriented preparation, helping students achieve excellence with confidence.
In addition to his teaching excellence, Dheeraj Sir has actively contributed to academic research and curriculum development, focusing on innovative learning techniques and holistic education. His guidance not only strengthens students’ academic performance but also motivates them to think critically and achieve their professional goals.
